Abstract
U današnje vrijeme imamo sve više elektroničkih uređaja koji sadrže prostorne i vremenske podatke. Ujedno, postoji sve više aplikacija koje se bave obradom prostorno-vremenskih podataka, a koriste pretežno standardne SUBP za spremanje i manipulaciju takvih podataka. Ponekad aplikacije moraju obrađivati veliku količinu podataka koji stalno dolaze u tokovima i ne treba se pohranjivati. Za takve situacije je potrebno koristiti SUTP sustave za obradu tokova podataka. Nedostatak tih sustava je izostanak prostorne komponente za obradu tokova podataka. Upravo iz tog razloga u sklopu ovog diplomskog rada implementirano je proširenje SUTP sustava StreamInsight na prostorno-vremensku obradu podataka pomoću SQL Server Spatial funkcija. Razvijena je također i CEP aplikacija koja koristi prošireni StreamInsgiht sustav, a njome je demonstriran rad prostorno-vremenske obrade tokova podataka.
Abstract (english)
Today we have more and more electronic devices which contains time and spatial data. Also, there are more and more applications which process time-spatial data and use mostly standard DBMS for storing and manipulating data. Sometimes we have situation where applications need to process large amounts of data which constantly flows in streams and do not need to be stored. For that kind of situations it is necessary to use DSMS systems for processing large amount of data. Disadvantage of this systems are lack of spatial components for data stream processing. For that reason in thesis is implemented spatial exstension on StreamInsight system with help of Sql Server Spatial functions. CEP application based on extended StreamInsight system is also developed to demonstrate processing of time-spatial stream data.
