Abstract
U ovom radu implementirana je web aplikacija za upravljanje i analizu navika klijenata. Na primjeru aplikacije za medicinske usluge pokazane su prednosti digitalnog zapisa nalaza. Ukratko su opisana pronađena rješenja, funkcionalnost aplikacije, implementacija aplikacije te tehnologije koje su se koristile pri izradi. U radu su pobliže opisane glavne komponente aplikacije, podijeljene prema obrascu MVC, baza podataka te njeni entiteti i atributi. Poslužiteljska strana realizirana je u... More programskom jeziku PHP, koristeći radni okvir Laravel. Kao sustav za upravljanje bazom podataka koristi se MySQL. Zahtjevi između klijenta i poslužitelja realizirani su koristeći RESTful mehanizam. Glavni dio aplikacije, generiranje grafova na temelju parametara postojećih nalaza klijenata, realiziran je uz pomoć alata Google Charts. Less

In this work, a web application has been implemented to manage and analyze patient habits. The existing solutions, application functionality, application implementation and technologies used in the design are described. The work describes the main components of the application, divided by MVC, database and its entities and attributes. The server side is implemented in PHP programming language, using Laravel framework. MySQL is used as a database management system. The requirements... More between the client and the server were realized using the RESTful mechanism.
