Abstract
Monitoring je efikasna metoda za produženje životnog vijeka rada stroja i izbjegavanje nepotrebnih remonta što kao rezultat daje ekonomsku isplativost. Magnetska indukcija u zračnom rasporu je najbolji pokazatelj stanja zavoja na polovima rotora u hidrogeneratoru. Mjerenje vrijednosti magnetske indukcije se izvršava mjernim svicima koji preko akvizicijske kartice dovode signal do računala. Obrada se izvršava u programu LabVIEW. Detekcija međuzavojnog kratkog spoja se odvija pomoću jedne od dvije metode, DMMP ili MXDiff. Obje metode su se pokazale pouzdanima pri detekciji, uz određene prednosti i nedostatke navedene u radu.
Abstract (english)
Monitoring is useful and efficient method for extending life span of rotating machine as well as avoiding unnecessary machine repair which results in better economic balance. Turns on poles of rotor in hydro generator are diagnosed by measuring magnetic induction in air gap. Coils are used to measure value of magnetic induction. Signal carrying value of magnetic induction continues through acquisition card towards computer. LabVIEW is used for analysis of gathered information. Detection of inter turn short circuit can be achieved using one of following methods, DMMP or MXDiff. Both methods are efficient and reliable, with certain benefits and shortcomings which are described in thesis.
