Abstract
Cilj ovog rada je razvijanje senzora razine goriva koji će se koristiti na letjelici s benzinskim motorima, koja se razvija u sklopu MORUS projekta. Za mjerenje razine goriva u spremnicima će se koristiti TIDA-00317, kapacitivni senzor tekućine, razvijen od strane Texas Instrumentsa. Prednost ovog kapacitivnog senzora u odnosu na ostale je povećanje robusnosti i odnosa signal-šum te minimiziranje neželjenog utjecaja vanjskih smetnji poput ljudske ruke, temperature ili vlažnosti na mjerenje razine tekućine. Senzor će se povezati s pločicom na kojoj se nalazi sklopovlje za prilagodbu signala sa senzora te s upravljačkom pločicom na samoj letjelici. U sklopu rada, testiranje TIDA-00317 senzora provedeno je s vodom i benzinom.
Abstract (english)
The purpose of this project is to develop fuel level sensor that will be used on a gas-powered drone. Drone is being developed within the MORUS project. TIDA-00317, capacitive liquid level sensor, developed by Texas Instruments, will be used to measure fuel level in the tanks. The main advantage of this capacitive sensor, compared to the others, is increased robustness and signal-to-noise ratio. This minimizes unwanted effects of external interferences, such as human hand, temperature, humidity etc. The sensor will be connected to the PCB for signal processing and to the flight controller board on the drone. Testing of the sensor was carried out using water and gasoline.
