Abstract
Ispitivanje ispravnosti cjelokupne funkcionalnosti električnog uređaja obavezan je korak u proizvodnom procesu svakog električnog uređaja. Kako bi se ispitivanje ubrzalo, potrebno je koristiti unaprijed izrađene module za ispitivanje. U okviru ovog završnog rada projektirano je i izrađeno sklopovlje ispitnog okruženja za ICDSP modul tvrtke Končar - Institut za elektrotehniku d.d., koje olakšava ispitivanje ispravnosti svih digitalnih ulazno-izlaznih izvoda, svih analognih izvoda te CAN, RS-232 i SPI komunikacijskih sučelja na ICDSP modulu. Također, ispitno okruženje sadrži napajanja potrebna za rad ICDSP modula te dodatne konektore kako bi se ispitivanje i otklanjanje pogrešaka olakšalo.
Abstract (english)
Testing the overall functionality of an electronic device is a necessary step in the manufacturing process. In order to speed up the testing process, it is necessary to use specialized hardware testing modules. In this thesis a hardware test environment for the ICDSP module (manufactured by Končar - Institut za elektrotehniku d.d.) was developed. The test environment enables testing of all digital I/O pins, all analog pins, along with CAN, RS-232 and SPI communication interfaces on the ICDSP module. Moreover, the test environment provides all necessary power supply voltages for the ICDSP module and additional connectors for testing and debugging.
