Abstract
U ovom radu objašnjene su osnovne značajke IEC 61850 protokola i SCADA sustava koji zajedno čine ključne sastavnice automatiziranog rada trafostanica. Postoji nekoliko komunikacijskih protokola na razini trafostanice pri razmjeni podataka, kao što su GOOSE, SMV i client-server (MMS). Jedan od njih, client-server, implementiran je korištenjem com.tom razvojnog uređaja i njegovog programskog sučelja, WEB-PLC. Com.tom je proizvod njemačke tvrtke Beck-IPC. Na uređaj je spojena probna pločica s koje su prikupljani testni mjerni podaci. SCL konfiguracijski jezik namijenjen objektnom opisivanju trafostanica implementiran je za potrebe server strukture com.tom-a. Unutar SICAM PAS programa vizualizirani su podaci poslani s com.tom-a. Konačno, ostvaren je jednostavan SCADA sustav kojeg čine probna pločica (mjerni proces), com.tom (server, RTU) i SICAM PAS (client, MTU).
Abstract (english)
This paper describes fundamental features of IEC 61850 protocol and SCADA systems, which both make key parts of substation automation systems. Several communication protocols for data exchange are used in substations, such as GOOSE, SMV and client-server (MMS). One of them, client-server, was implemented using com.tom development kit and its graphic interface, WEB-PLC. Com.tom is manufactured by a German company Beck-IPC. The com.tom is connected to a protoboard which serves as a test measurement data source. The configuration language SCL, used for object modelling of a substation, is implemented for describing server structure of com.tom. Data sent from com.tom is visualized through the SICAM PAS program. Finally, a simple demo SCADA system was developed, consisting of protoboard (measurement process), com.tom (server, RTU) and SICAM PAS (client, MTU).
