Abstract
Na agregatu koji se sastoji od motora s trajnim magnetima snage 12 kW i asinkronog motora snage 7,5 kW mehanički povezanih preko davača momenta napajanih iz pretvarača ABB ACS800 realiziran je laboratorijski model opterećenja pogonskog motora vučnog vozila. Motor s trajnim magnetima imao je ulogu pogonskog motora, a asinkroni motor je bio opteretni stroj koji nadomješta otpore u vožnji i moment inercije vozila. Simulirano je tipično opterećenje u jednom ciklusu vožnje električnog tramvaja (zalet, vožnja konstantnom brzinom, kočenje, mirovanje) pri čemu su stvarni pogonski momenti i brzine vrtnje tramvajskog motora prethodno skalirane prema ograničenjima momenta i brzine vrtnje agregata u laboratoriju. Snimljeni se odzivi momenta i brzine vrtnje motora s trajnim magnetima tijekom jednog simuliranog ciklusa vožnje.
Abstract (english)
In the aggregate, which consists of a permanent magnet motor with power of 12 kW, asynchronous motor up to 7.5 kW and frequency converter ABB ACS800, a laboratory model of the load of the drive motor of a traction vehicle is realized. Permanent magnet motor had the role of the drive motor and the induction motor was loading machine which replaces the driving resistance and moment of inertia of the vehicle. The typical load in one cycle of driving electric tram was simulated. The actual propulsive torque and speed were previously scaled to limits for torque and speed of laboratory aggregate. The responses of torque and drive speed during a simulated driving cycle were recorded.
