Abstract
U uvodnom dijelu rada opisan je cjelokupan proces proizvodnje piva s naglaskom na varionicu i kotao komine. U trećem poglavlju je opisan procesni upravljački sustav Brewmaxx koji je korišten za izradu programskog rješenja. Detaljno su opisane komponente koje su korištene u radu. Koristeći P&ID i process designer unutar Brewmaxx-a razvijeno je vizualizacijsko sučelje. U nastavku je razvijen upravljački program za programirljivi logički kontroler – PLC. Zatim su u Operation Manager-u kreirani procedura i recept čime je proces u potpunosti automatiziran. Valjanost upravljačkog programa je provjerena na vizualizacijskom sučelju i zaključeno je da programsko rješenje zadovoljava sve prethodno zadane uvjete.
Abstract (english)
In the introductory part, technological process of brewing is analyzed with emphasis on the brewhouse and mash tun. The third chapter describes the process control system Brewmaxx used to create a program solution. The components that are used in the thesis are described in detail. Visualization interface was developed using the P&ID and process designer within Brewmaxx. The control program for programmable logic controller (PLC) has been developed below. Then, in the Operation Manager, a procedure and a recipe were created, making the process fully automated. Operation of control program is tested on visualization interface and it is concluded that program solution meets all pre-defined conditions.
