Abstract
Filtracija obuhvaća prolazak sazrjelog piva iz fermentora kroz propusne filtarske materijale. Modernizacija tehnologije omogućava automatizaciju procesa kojom se postiže veća profitabilnost, učinkovitost i smanjenje ljudskog faktora u proizvodnji. Programski alat BrewMaxx je na PLC-u temeljeno rješenje za automatizaciju čiji osnovni sustavi uključuju objektno orijentirani sustav kontrole procesa. Prema dijagramu procesa i instrumentacije (P&ID) kreirane su sve potrebne komponente kojima upravljaju sekvence. Svakoj sekvenci pridružuje se recept i procedura s koracima kroz koje sekvenca prolazi. Koraci procedure i ostali blokovi unutar SIMATIC Managera programiraju se prema funkcionalnom opisu rada postrojenja (FDS).
Abstract (english)
Filtration involves the passage of maturated beer from the fermentation tank through permeable filtration materials. Modernization of technology enables process automation to achieve greater profitabilitiy, efficiency and reduction of human factor in production. The BrewMaxx programming tool is a PLC based automation solution whose basic systems include an object-oriented process control system. According to the Process and Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID), all the nesessary components for managing the sequence are created. Each sequence is associated with a recipe and procedure steps through which the sequence passes. Steps of procedures and other blocks within the SIMATIC Manager are programmed according to the functional design specification (FDS).
