Abstract
U radnji je obrađen način smanjenja vršne snage i kroz to ostvarivih ušteda u marginalnim troškovima u elektroenergetskom sustavu. Upravlja se s potrošačima koji imaju mogućnosti spremanja topline i imaju daljinsko tonfrekvencijsko upravljanje. Tijekom vršnog opterećenja moguće je isključivati grijalice vode, a zbog učinka uzimanja veće snage nakon ponovnog priključenja, treba optimalno upravljati. Linearnim programiranjem utvrđuje se koliko grijalica vode i po kojoj shemi upravljanja treba isključivati da se postigne minimalna vršna snaga. Termoakumulacijske peći s ugrađenim mikroprocesorskim uređajem primaju prognoziranu vanjsku temperaturu i dijagram opterećenja za dan unaprijed. Punjenjem se upravlja korištenjem postupka dinamičkog programiranja, tako da se energija preuzima pri niskom opterećenju gdje su niži marginalni troškovi. Dodatno smanjenje vršne snage postiže se upotrebom štednih svjetiljki u domaćinstvima što značajno snižava večernje vršno opterećenje. Pokazuje se da se isplativost uvođenja opisanog načina upravljanja s potrošačima ostvaruje u razdoblju dvije do tri godine.
Abstract (english)
This thesis deals with an approach to reduce peak load in order to accomplish savings on marginal cost in electric power system. Control is taken on loads which are able to store heat and suitable for ripple control. During the peak load it is possible to disconnect water heaters, but their reconnection need to be optimized because of payback effect. Schedule of water heater disconnection is determined with linear programming in order to minimize peak load. Thermal storage heaters equipped with microprocessor control devices can receive next day outside temperature and load forecast. Charging is controlled based on this forecast with dynamic programming in order to minimize marginal cost, i.e. during the low load periods. Additional reduction of peak load during evening hours can be accomplished by using compact fluorescent lamps in households. It is shown that economic feasibility with mentioned examples of direct load control is achieved on the time frame between two and three years.
