Abstract
Cilj ovog rada je objašnjenje mogućnosti uvođenja distribuirane periferije i inteligentnih senzora u industrijske sustave. Takav način razmišljanja potkrijepljen je realnim primjerom uporabe inteligentnih senzora i distribuirane periferije na HE "Miljacka". U uvodu predstavljene su komunikacijske mreže u industrijskom okruženju na svim industrijskim razinama, njihova podjela, te uključenost u ISO/OSI RM. Opis distribuirane periferije dan je u sljedećem poglavlju kroz usporedbu najznačajnijih procesnih mreža. Inteligentni senzori i aktuatori obrađeni su u sljedeća tri poglavlja. Najprije su dane njihove osnovne karakteristike i razlozi za njihovim uvođenjem. Kroz opis SDS protokola predstavljeno je upravljanje inteligentnim senzorima i aktuatorima uz pomoć usluga SDS protokola. Nakon toga, u petom poglavlju, dan je primjer priključivanja neinteligentnih senzora i aktuatora na SDS mrežu. Na kraju je opisana revitalizacija HE "Miljacka". Objašnjeni su razlozi za revitalizacijom, sustav upravljanja s opisom mogućnosti uporabe inteligentnih senzora i aktuatora te distriburane periferije na pojedinim sustavima hidroelektrane. Dana je i hardverska i softverska realizacija sustava upravljanja.
Abstract (english)
The goal of this thesis is to explain the applying of the distributed periphery and of the intelligence sensors in the industrial systems. For these reasons, the renovation of the powerplant "Miljacka" is given. In the introduction the communication networks in the industrial environment with all industrial level, their division and their place in ISO/OSI RM are described. In the next chapter the distributed periphery is given through the comparison of the most important fieldbuses. In the next three chapters the intelligence sensors and actuators are described. For the first, their basic characteristics and the reasons for their introduction are given. Through the description of the SDS protocol the control with the intelligence sensors and the actuators is explained. After this, in the fifth chapter, an example of the connection of the nonintelligence sensors and the actuators is given. At the end the renovation of the power-plant "Miljacka" is described. The reasons for the renovation, the control system with the description of the possibility using of the particularly systems of the power-plant are explained. The hardvare and softvare realisation of the control system is given.
