Abstract
Prema definiciji pasivna kuća predstavlja idealno arhitektonsko, građevinsko i energetsko rješenje kojim se ostvaruje energetska efikasnost kuća koja se očituje u pogledu uštede energije. Da bi se realizirala gore navedena definicija, kuću treba podvrgnuti nizu tehničkih metoda. U ovom radu navedeni su kriteriji pasivne kuće i razrađene pojedine metode, kako arhitektonske i građevinske, tako i energetske, koje zadovoljavaju navedene kriterije. Uz to je na primjeru dana ekonomska analiza izgradnje pasivne kuće i njenih godišnjih troškova nakon izgradnje, spram standardno izgrađene kuće. Također, uspoređena je trenutna situacija glede državnih potpora u RH i dijelovima EU (Njemačka, Austrija) gdje je pasivna gradnja već sad postala dostupna svakom prosječnom građaninu. Kako je pasivna gradnja prije svega ekološki koncept prikazan je njen utjecaj na okoliš i smanjenje CO2.
Abstract (english)
By definition passive house represents ideal architectural, construction and energetic concept which provides energy efficiency resulting in energy savings. To fulfill definition mentioned above, house needs to be subjected to a series of techical methods. This paper provides criteria for passive house and methods, both arhitectural and construction, and energetic, which meet the listed criteria. Added to this is the example of economic analysis of the construction of passive house and its annual costs after construction in opposition to a standard built home. Also, there is comparison of the current situation regarding state aids in Croatia and parts of the EU (Germany, Austria) where the passive counstruction is now accesible to any average citizen. Knowing that passive construction is primarily an ecological concept, its impact on the environment and reduction of C02 emissions is also shown.
