Abstract
Ovaj rad opisuje mogućnosti programskog paketa “COMREL” za analizu pouzdanosti i raspoloživosti složenog EES. Program rabi Markovljeve modele prostora stanja komponenata EES i analizira moguća stanja analitičkom metodom pobrojavanja stanja, te golemim izborom pokazatelja pouzdanosti kvantitativno opisuje sustav. Budući kakvoća isporuke električne energije neposredno ovisi o pouzdanosti napajanja potrošača, kvantitativnim veličinama određujemo optimalno uklopno stanje razdjelnog sustava, a time i povećanje kvalitete isporuke električne energije. Izvršena analiza obuhvaća neovisne kvarove prve, druge i treće razine koincidencije kvarova za grane. Projektirana je relacijska baza podataka za podatke o zastojima u postrojenju. Načinjen je kod za linearizaciju krivulje trajanja opterećenja (do sedam razina) kao i program za aproksimaciju srednjih dnevnih jakosti struja opterećenja u zavisnosti o srednjoj dnevnoj temperaturi. Za nekoliko kvarova na 10 kV vodovima izvršena je procjena neisporučene električne energije te je dana zavisnost vremena stabilizacije opterećenja o dužini beznaponske stanke nakon ponovnog dolaska napona.
Abstract (english)
Possibilities of program package “COMREL” for reliability and availability analysis of composite power system are presented in this book. The program uses Markov state space model of power system components and analyses all possible states of the power system by the analytical state enumeration approach and at the same time it gives quantity output indices. These indices directs optimal systems switching state because quality directly depends on reliability aspect. This evaluation composes independent failures of power system components, their coincidence of the first, the second and the third order for branches. The relations data base for interruptions in power system is projected. Visual Basic Code solution is made as for step-wise linear load duration curve problem as for aproximation daily average strength of power current in dependence of daily average temperature. Expected energy not supplied is evaluated for a few 10 kV line faults and the time function of stabilisation power current in dependence of duration nonvoltage period (after nonvoltage period) is expressed.
