Abstract
U ovom radu prikazana je slijedna matrica, nastala kao kombinacija Stewardove i Kusiakove matrice, koja se koristi za opisivanje višeprolaznih proizvodnih linija sa slobodnim odabirom zadataka na jednostavan i razumljiv način. Dana je usporedba sa postojećim modelom baziranim na Petrijevim mrežama. Tako je pokazano na koji način se provodi analiza sustava te pronalaze strukturne karakteristike sustava. Također je dan postupak modeliranja sustava korištenjem slijedne matrice, te je dan kratak osvrt i usporedba dvaju matričnih modela s naglaskom na prednosti modela koji koristi slijednu matricu. U nastavku je prikazana metoda sinteze upravljačkog postupka korištenjem sekvenci, te konstrukcija istih korištenjem podataka iz slijedne matrice uz zadržavanje stabilnosti sustava. Primjena te metode prikazana je na dvije studije slučaja gdje je opisana metoda primijenjena na sustave koji se opisuju u literaturi. Na kraju je ukratko opisan simulator sustava korišten pri simulaciji i dobivanju rezultata za studije slučaja. Simulator je baziran na korištenju modela slijedne matrice te koristi prije opisane postupke.
Abstract (english)
This thesis presents a machine-job incidence matrix (MJI), formed as a combination of Stewart and Kusiak matrix, which is used to describe free choice multiple reentrant flowlines in a simple and understandable way. New model is compared with the existing model based on Petri nets. It has been shown how to analyze and find the structural properties of the system and how to use MJI to model system behavior. There is also a brief overview and comparison of two matrix models with an emphasis on the advantages of models using MJI. A method for the controller synthesis which uses resource sequences and construction of this sequences by using data from MJI matrix while maintaining system stability is shown. Benefits of the proposed method are demonstrated throughout two case studies where described method is applied to two systems that are described in the literature. At the end of the thesis a short description of simulator which is used to simulate and obtain the results from case studies is given. Simulator is based on MJI matrix model and it uses the procedures described in the thesis.
