Abstract
U radu PROCJENA TOPOLOGIJE ELEKTROENERGETSKIH MREŽA PRIMJENOM NEIZRAZITE LOGIKE definiran je model staničnog procjenitelja koji koristi kombinacije uklopnih stanja i pronalazi minimum funkcije cilja za najvjerojatniju staničnu topologiju. Za kompleksne stanice model je vremenski zahtjevan. U cilju ubrzavanja algoritma koriste se blokade od pogrešnog rukovanja aparatima u stanici za reduciranje nedozvoljenih uklopnih stanja. Pomoću neizrazite logike, na temelju uklopnih stanja i mjerenja u polju, rješavaju se kontradikcije u signalizaciji polja i eliminiraju iz daljnjeg promatranja. Za preostale kombinacije (spojna i sekcijska polja) koje nisu riješene blokadama ili neizrazitom logikom koristi se stanični procjenitelj. Druga moguća primjena neizrazite logike je ocjenjivanje kvalitete mjerenja.
Abstract (english)
In work FUZZY LOGIC IN ESTIMATION OF POWER SYSTEM TOPOLOGY the station estimator is defined and uses the signalization combinations to search the target function for the most probably topology. For the complex stations, the algorithm is time consuming. The interlocking mechanism is used to reduce invalid topology combinations of the topology signalizations. The second used method is fuzzy logic. The bay signalizations and the measurements are input parameters for the fuzzy controller. Not solved combinations of the signalizations, as the bus or section’s bays are solved using topology combinations inside the station estimator. Additionally, fuzzy logic could be use for consistency tests of the measurements (data classification).
