Abstract
Analiza ljudskog pokreta često zahtjeva izračun i poznavanje parametara pojedinih segmenata tijela, npr. mase, momenta inercije, volumena, položaja centra mase, itd. U radu se predlaže metoda izračuna spomenutih parametara modeliranjem segmenata ljudskog tijela. Izračunati parametri segmenata ljudskog tijela zajedno sa kinematskim parametrima dobivenih putem 3D optoelektroničkog sustava omogućavaju i kinetičku analizu pokreta ljudskog tijela. Time se postiže potpunija ocjena analize pokreta koja daje odgovor ne samo o posljedicama gibanja već i o uzročnicima gibanja. Također, predložena je i metoda kalibracije 3D optoelektroničkog sustava provođenjem uvjeta o poznatom kutu pojedinih dijelova kalibracijske strukture, a koji se temelji na identifikaciji određenih geometrijskih entiteta projektivne geometrije. Vrednovanje modela tijela uspješno je provedeno usporedbom rezultata sa referentnim modelom, već široko prihvaćenim u praksi, zatim pomoću zakona o očuvanju energije, te konačno uporabljivosti u neposrednoj kliničkoj primjeni. Vrednovanje predloženog kalibracijskog postupka provedena je utjecajem na točnost 3D rekonstrukcije točaka čiji je položaj, tj. međusobna udaljenost u prostoru poznata. Postignuti nivo točnosti 3D rekonstrukcije je u najmanju ruku jednako dobar kao i trenutno popularnih komercijalnih 3D kinematskih sustava, uz napomenu da predloženi kalibracijski postupak skraćuje tipičnu kalibracijsku proceduru. Dobiveni rezultati mogu se, između ostaloga, koristiti u rehabilitacijskoj i sportskoj medicini.
Abstract (english)
Human motion analysis asks frequently for determination of kinetic and kinematic data. This work proposes method to model human body as a linkage of rigid segments and to compute so called body segment parameters (BSP). Calculated BSP combined with 3D optoelectronic (kinematic) system data allow also kinetic analysis of human motion. Furthermore, a method to calibrate 3D optoelectronic system was proposed. It is based on identification of certain geometric entities from projective geometry and utilizes the orthogonality of calibration structure. Validation of proposed body model has been successfully undertaken by comparing results with widely accepted model which uses Helen-Hayes protocol. Additionally validation is preformed through check of segments power calculation in two different ways: direct computation and derivation of total segment energies. Finally, applicability and successful implementation in typical clinical practice has confirmed the usefulness of proposed model. Validation of proposed camera calibration has been carried out through reconstruction and analysis of points in space which position, i.e. mutual distance was known with high degree of accuracy in advance. Obtained accuracy is quite comparable, if not even better, with commercially available 3D kinematic systems. Shown results can be used in variety of application, such as rehabilitation and sport medicine.
