Abstract
Razvoj mehanizama koji omogućuju funkcioniranje napredne usluge s dodanom vrijednosti dugotrajan je i intelektualno zahtjevan rad. Zahtjeva predano sudjelovanje cijelog razvojnog tima. Razvoj mehanizama koji omogućavaju korištenje slobodnog teksta i dijaloga kao načina komunikacije s krajnjim korisnikom dugoročno omogućuju razvoj raznovrsnih usluga sa dodanom vrijednosti. Tržišni uspjeh ovisi o puno faktora: brzini i trenutku izlaska na tržište, kvaliteti usluge, inovativnosti, te interoperabilnosti sa sustavima u telekomunikacijskoj mreži. U ovom radu objašnjeni su najzastupljeniji modeli softverskih arhitektura i komunikacijski protokoli koji se upotrebljavaju za implementaciju telekomunikacijskih usluga s dodanom vrijednosti. Opisana je softverska arhitektura platforme za razvoj usluga s dodanom vrijednosti za prolazni i slobodno kreirani sadržaj.
Abstract (english)
Development of new platform for inovative value-added service is challenging team-work in terms of time and resources. Market share is always something to be desired and depends on a lot of factors (e.g. economic and technical), such as: market and consumer trends, quality, inovativeness, interoperability with existing systems. This thesis presents established and state-of-the-art software architecture models in use. With market trends that demand quick response and fast development a platform that enables quick glue for existing or new functionality is right way to go. Thesis introduces a platform for creating family of free content value-added services.
