Abstract Elektroničko poslovanje predstavlja nove tržišne mogućnosti za svaku tvrtku.
Abstract (english) The e-business is much more than just a hype – it offers real new possibilities for every company that aims to improve its competitivness and productivity. It enables companies to connect to new global markets using new business methods and techniques, and serves as backbone for next step in business processes automatisation. Efficient global e-business (especially B2B type of e-business) activities will be implemented only when global standards are utilised. Diversity of cultures and business practices all around the world implies that opposition to one-and-only single global standard will be strong. Detailed analisys of e-business strategies and techniques as well as processes in e-business resulted in conceptual model named eBCM. The main idea of the model is that the complexity of the interoperability problems should be resolved on a high logical level, while creation of the e-business processes templates should be as simplified as possible. This way the model defines perspective for global acceptance of interoperabile e-business processes. One of the crucial part of dissertation consists of selecting and utilising methods for analisys of technically complexed and economically conditioned real e-business world. Analisys of the heterogene e-business systems is performed through Actor-Network theory. The concepts od Actor model (Croatian: ‘Model sudionika’) are derived for Actor-Network theory principles, while REA business model defines meta model concepts of business model for e-business. These two sets of concepts are implemented using model-theoretic semantic in order to achieve ontological order in conceptual modelling. Formal approach emphasizes possibility for automatization of modelling techniques, as well as automatization of the creation of business process templates. This is one of the key issue in involving larger number of SMEs in e-business; thus it is set as one of the main goals of eBCM. The eBCM conceptual model attempts to define simple, fast and efficient transformation of real business models and situations to e-business processes. Templates of e-business processes can be through ebXML Registry Client application stored in ebXML Repository, available for business implementation. Business processes are described as transactions. A prototype of application for automatized creation of business processes is developed and presented at the disertation, as a pathway for further development of such tools. Created business process template is compatible with ebXML BPSS and uses UBL data structure. Such templates can both be stored and used through ebXML infrastructure.
