Abstract (english) The analysis of dynamic oculomotor features can utilize various psycho-physiological methods of studying a whole range of human mental states, such as, for example, different forms of cognitive and emotional stress and fatigue. The analysis of the appropriate dynamic oculomotor features within the examination of strategies that manages to simultaneously monitor multiple moving objects is important in assessing the readiness to perform complex cognitive actions that are often present in highly stressful occupations such as air traffic controllers. In the graduate thesis, existing anonymised and depersonalized data of the group of candidates for air traffic controllers during the selection process and group of students were analyzed while performing visual cognitive tasks related to monitoring multiple objects in continuous motion. Visual cognitive tasks were sequentially organized into three difficulty levels, before and after each level, the reflex dot pursuit task of reflexive tracking of the point that appeared in random places on the screen was performed. By comparing the first and last reflex dot pursuit task, some differences in dynamic oculomotor features, such as saccadic peak velocity, were associated with the interaction of ocular fatigue due to the number of performed oculomotor tasks and the different levels of stress. Candidates for air traffic controllers showed a somewhat greater success than students in visual cognitive tasks, although there was no significant difference between the groups in using different existing strategies for simultaneous monitoring of multiple objects. For both groups, however, one may notice an increase in success when using the strategy of looking in the center of mass of all objects that should be monitored. It is also interesting to note that increasing the task difficulty increases the time of looking in the individual monitored objects, which is the possible consequence of surrounding the objects with a larger number of distractors, for what the eye needs more fine access to the information than peripheral vision.
