Abstract
U ovom diplomskom radu predstavljamo programibilnu, lako podesivu, strujnu bikvadratnu sekciju opće namjene, koristeći strujne prijenosnike druge generacije, koji su bazirani na dobro poznatoj direktnoj formi II. S obzirom da ima nisku osjetljivost i uzemljene kondenzatore, ova sekcija je prigodna za dizajn pomoću integriranih krugova. Kako svaka sekcija koristi CCII sklopove, imamo strujni režim rada, pomoću kojeg možemo jednostavno realizirati električne filtre koji rade na višim frekvencijama, trošeći pritom manje snage i smanjivajući potrebu za velikim napajanjem. Pokazati ćemo i kako koristeći bikvartnu topologiju reduciramo osjetljivost amplitude strujne prijenosne funkcije u usporedbi sa istom kod kaskadne topologije. Osim osjetljivosti, termalni šum je također reduciran zahvaljujući bikvartnoj topologiji. Sve je analizirano koristeći PSpice, a pločica je dizajnirana pomoću Altium Designer programa.
Abstract (english)
In this thesis we propose a programmable, easy tunable, current-mode general purpose Biquad, using second-generation current conveyors, based on the well known direct form II. Since it has low sensitivity and grounded capacitors it is suitable for integrated circuit (IC) design. Since all presented biquads use CCIIs they operate in the current mode, and are therefore suitable to realize filter circuits operating at higher frequencies, consuming less power, and needing lower supply voltage. It was shown that using the Biquad topology, the sensitivity of current transfer function magnitude was reduced when compared to the common cascade topology. Besides sensitivity, the output thermal noise is also reduced using the Biquad topology. Everything is analyzed using PSpice, and the board was designed using program named Altium Designer.
