Abstract
CubeSat je podvrsta nanosatelita čije su dimenzije i masa standardizirane. Najmanji model koji će ujedno biti i veličina nanosatelita za projekt FerSat je 1U. Model 1U ograničen je masom u iznosu od 1,33kg. Nanosateliti se sastoje od različitih podsustava i jedan od najbitnijih, koji je odgovaran za cjelokupnu funkcionalnost satelita, je električni podsustav. U ovom radu izveden je bazični laboratorijski model električnog podsustava s kontrolom zasnovanom na algoritmu praćenja maksimalne snage. Kontrola sustava i sam algoritam implementirani su na Arduino Uno prototipnoj mikroprocesorskoj platformi. Demonstrirana je funkcionalnost algoritma i problemi koji su prisutni pri realizaciji električnog podsustava, poput male efikasnosti solarnih panela, potrebe za usklađivanjem naponskih razina te nesavršenosti upravljačkog algoritma.
Abstract (english)
CubeSat is subtype of nanosatellite whose dimensions and mass are standardized. The smallest model which will also be used on FerSat project is 1U. Model 1U is limited in mass by up to 1,33 kg. Nanosatellites have a lots of subsystems, the most important one, responsible for whole functionality is electric power system. In this paper, a basic laboratory model of the electric subsystem has been developed based on maximum power point control algorithm. System control and the algorithm itself is implemented on the Arduino Uno prototype microprocessor platform. The functionality of the algorithm and problems manifestation in the implementation of the electric subsystem, such as the low efficiency of solar panels, the need to adjust the voltage levels and the imperfection of the control algorithm, have been demonstrated.
