Abstract
Prijenosni biomedicinski sustavi su baterijski napajani sustavi koji se koriste izvan zdravstvenih ustanova i obavljaju specifične biomedicinske funkcije. Prikazane su značajke dviju metoda za mjerenje vitalnih funkcija: elektrokardiografije i impedancijske pneumografije. Opisan je razvoj prijenosnih biomedicinskih mjernih sustava, njihove značajke, zahtjevi koje moraju zadovoljiti i mogućnosti korištenja. Temeljem zahtjevanog, projektiran je prijenosni sustav za kontinuirano mjerenje električne aktivnosti srca i ritma disanja. Sustav se sastoji od dvije tiskane pločice. Prva sadrži integrirani sklop ADS1292R i potrebne pasivne komponente. Druga sadrži razvojni sustav STM32F4 Discovery s mikrokontrolerom STM32F407VG i njegovom periferijom. U Keil μVision programskom okruženju generiran je C kod za inicijalizaciju mikrokontrolera i testirane su mogućnosti sustava. Za prikaz izmjerenih podataka na računalu razvijena je aplikacija u Pythonu.
Abstract (english)
Portable biomedical systems are battery-powered systems that are used outside the healthcare facilities and perform specific biomedical functions. Features of two methods for measuring vital functions, electrocardiography and impedance, are presented. Development of portable biomedical measurement systems, their features, requirements that need to be met and the possibilities of use are described. Based on the required, a portable system for continuous measurement of heart electrical activity and breathing rate has been designed. The system consists of two integrated circuits. The first contains integrated circuit ADS1292R and the required passive components. The second contains the STM32F4 Discovery development system with the STM32F407VG microcontroller and its periphery. In the Keil μVision program environment a C code for the microcontroller initialization was generated and system capabilities have been tested. To view measured data on a computer, an application in Python has been developed.
