Abstract
Rad je podijeljen u nekoliko zasebnih, no medusobno prožetih cjelina. Nakon uvoda, u 1. poglavlju opisani su temelji pouzdanosti elektroenergetskih sustava. U 2. poglavlju opisana je metoda pobrojavanja stanja za izracun pokazatelja pouzdanosti potrošackih cvorišta i sustava. Problem optimiranja elektroenergetskog sustava s aspekta najmanjih troškova proizvodnje elektricne energije je opisan u 3. poglavlju u kojem su takoder prikazane metode za rješavanja problema OPF-a. Za primjenu opisanih metoda u pronalaženju optimalnog uklopnog stanja elektroenergetskog sustava uzet je elektroenergetski sustav Slavonije i Baranje što je opisano u 4. poglavlju. Takoder, u 4. je poglavlju primjenjena tablicno usporedna metoda za pronalaženje optimalnog uklopnog stanja uvažavajuci zahtjeve za najmanjim troškovima proizvodnje i nabave elektricne energije i maksimalnim pokazateljima pouzdanosti elektroenergetskog sustava.
Abstract (english)
This paper is dividing to a few separate, but the mutual permeated entireties. They would be described after introduction, to first chapter the basis probability theory of Bulk Power System. In te second chapter is described state enumeration method for adequancy analysis of composite power systems. The problem optimization calculation of Bulk Power System for minimum generation cost is described in the third chapter where is showed methods for aproach problem of OPF. For use this methods to founded optimal of electric power system switch is used bulk power system of Slavonija i Baranja in the fourth chapter. Also, in the fourth chapter is using table method for founded optimal of electric power system switch to respect to assert for minimum generation cost and minimum cost for interchange of electric power and energy and maximum reliability indices.
