Abstract
U radu se razmatra naponska impulsna pletizmografija mjerenja volumnih promjena u biološkom tkivu. U naponskoj impulsnoj pletizmografiji se kratkim naponskim impulsima pobuduje tkivo, a mjere se karakteristike prijelaznog procesa. Razmatra se optimizacija parametara u svrhu maksimiziranja mjerne osjetljivosti mjernog signala i minimiziranja varijacija. Moguce su dvije izvedbe, s uzemljenim mjernim otpornikom i uzemljenim mjernim objektom. Provedena su mjerenja za oba slucaja i u radu su dani prikazi mjerenja pulsacije krvi u arterijama i respiracije. Iz karakteristika mjerenog napona proracunati su parametri nadomjesne sheme s tri elementa za slucaj uporabe elektroda s gelom i suhih elektroda. Ista mjerenja su provedena za strujnu impulsnu pletizmografiju, te su izracunati parametri nadomjesne sheme sucelja elektroda-tkivo, radi usporedbe naponske i strujne impulsne pletizmografije. Postoji znacajno odstupanje izmedu parametara nadomjesne sheme pri odredivanju iz naponske i iz strujne impulsne pletizmografije, te su razloženi vjerojatni uzroci odstupanja. Na kraju je dana usporedba svojstava impulsne i impedancijske pletizmografije.
Abstract (english)
Measurement of tissue volume changes by voltage pulse plethysmography is being studied. In voltage pulse plethysmography short voltage pulses activate the bio-tissue and the characteristics of the transient process are measured. There are two possible implementations: with grounded bio-tissue and with grounded current sampling resistor. Measurement was carried out for both cases and the obtained wave-shapes for blood pulsations in the arteries and for respiration are presented. From the characteristics of measured voltage the parameters of equivalent circuit for electrode-skin interface with three elements are calculated for dry and gel-wetted electrodes. Same measurements were done for the current pulse plethysmography, and the parameters of equivalent circuit for electrode-skin interface are calculated to be able to compare voltage and current pulse plethysmography. There is discrepancy between parameters of equivalent circuit calculated from voltage and current pulse plethysmography, and the possible reasons are discussed. Finally pulse plethysmography and impedance plethysmography have been compared.
