In this thesis we examined performance of mobile network with dynamic allocation of access network . First, research have done on mobile GSM network with dynamic allocation radio resources. As performance we analized blocking probability and droping probability. After that, we have analized heterogenuos traffic in the mobile GSM/GPRS networks. We have researched performance network in the case requirement for one time slot or more slots and as results we observed blocking probability, throughput and waiting time. As variable parameters was traffic intensity and composite of arrival traffic i.e. what is ratio services which use one and more time slots and how much message size. Also, this thesis have presented and analytic model in the case composite traffic with dynamic allocation resources, from which one part requiring circuit switching and other part packet switching. In that scenario, and with ON/OFF traffic model we have simulated it for different ratio of services. Moreover, with proposed solution we can decide performance of multiservices requirements which feeling user separately for each service. With different composition of observed services (e.g. Web and WAP) with this method we can estimate performance as throughput Web or WAP users, dealy and utilization data channels. Just it we made with modified Engset model with which we try simplify estimation performance of system in the case of limited resources and limited number of users. Additional, with goal traffic engineering we proposed method from which is possible to find number od requested data channels with dynamic allocation of resources. This thesis also, examined possibility uses mechanisms for ensure QoS in the mobile network that way that proposed two methods. One method is method scheduling resources using genetic algorithms and second one using DiffServ mechanism with criterion of revenue.
