Abstract
Sustavi za upravljanje dokumentima primjenjuju se u tvrtkama za rukovođenje životnim vijekom dokumenata kojim se podupire razrada predmeta poslovnih procesa tvrtke. Zbog suradnje među tvrtkama, potrebno je suradnički upravljati dokumentima koji, iako potječu iz različitih sustava, predstavljaju razradu zajedničkog predmeta poslovanja. Magistarski rad opisuje sustav za raspodijeljeno upravljanje dokumentima koji ostvaruje zahtjeve suradničkog upravljanja dokumentima među tvrtkama. U okviru rada prepoznati su subjekti i njihove uloge u razradama zajedničkih predmeta poslovanja, osmišljen je sveobuhvatan životni vijek dokumenata te su definirani protokoli kojima se među subjektima razrađuje životni vijek jednog predmeta suradnje. Oblikovana je arhitektura sustava za raspodijeljeno upravljanje dokumentima te je ostvaren pokazni primjer sustava zasnovan na Alfresco platformi za upravljanje dokumentima.
Abstract (english)
Document management systems are used in organisations to manage the lifecycle of documents and business processes. Cooperation between organisations requires collaborative documents management. Although they originate from different document management systems, these documents represent common documents in collaboration. Master thesis describes distributed document management system for efficient collaboration among organisations. Entities and their roles in the development of common business cases are identified. Comprehensive document lifecycle and cooperation protocols are designed. System architecture for distributed document management system is defined. Based on this architecture, a prototype of distributed document management system based on Alfresco platform is implemented.
