Abstract
Rad opisuje troslojni model arhitekture pokretne mreže s naglaskom na sloj usluga i primjena. Opisuje se temeljna podjela na privatne i poslovne korisnike. Analizira se evolucija pokretnih mreža iz mreža namijenjenih govornoj komunikaciji u mreže namijenjene prijenosu podataka. Definira se novi poslovni model u koji prelaze pokretni operatori, poslovni model Telco 2.0, kao i nužnost uspostave suradnje pokretnih operatora s ostalim sudionicima u lancu stvaranja usluga. Preduvjet uspostavi suradnje s poslovnim korisnicima je otvaranje dostupnosti tehničkih sustava unutar infrastrukture pokretne mreže putem izgradnje uslužne platforme. Pojašnjena je razlika između horizontalnog i vertikalnog pristupa uvođenju usluga. Definiran je model uslužne platforme i naznačene su njegove temeljne komponente, te su kratko opisane tipične izvedbene tehnologije. Nužnost izgradnje uslužne platforme i suradnje s poslovnim korisnicima potvrđena je na tri studijska primjera.
Abstract (english)
This thesis addresses three-layered mobile network architecture with emphasis on service and application layer specifics. Basic distinction of private and business users is described. Mobile network evolution from voice to data networks is explained. As they cooperating more with business users mobile operators are migrating to new business model. Business model Telco 2.0 is explained, as well as necessity to implement a service platform. Opening access to technical systems within their infrastructure by implementing a service platform is a prerequisite for cooperation with business users during the process of new services creation. Difference between horizontal and vertical service model is explained. Service platform is defined together with basic components and typical implementation technologies. Necessity of service platform implementation and cooperation with business users is confirmed within three case studies.
