Abstract
Dionica pruga Dugo Selo – Sesvete jedna je od najfrekventnijih željezničkih pruga u Republici Hrvatskoj. Upravo iz tog razloga jako je bitno signalno-sigurnosno rješenje osiguranja tog dijela pruge, ne samo kad se uzme sigurnosni aspekt već i sama propusna moć. U vidu današnjih prometno-upravljačkih te sigurnosnih zahtjeva uočeni su čimbenici koji zahtijevaju nadogradnju, ako ne i izmjenu postojećeg stanja. Poput: potreba za denivelacijom postojećih željezničko-cestovnih prijelaza, zahtjev za uvođenjem obostranog prometa (banalizacija), dionica je osigurana relejnim uređajem Integra, te postojanje čuvara prijelaza radi osiguranja dva željezničko cestovna prijelaza koji upravlja pultom u stajalištu Sesvetski Kraljevec. Rješavanjem zadnje problematike se usmjerio ovaj specijalistički rad – kako ukloniti čovjeka u vidu smanjenja pogreške ljudskog faktora s ciljem potpune automatizacije uređaja osiguranja dionice Dugo Selo – Sesvete. Rad je obradio: 1. Princip rada postojećeg stanja u Sesvetskom Kraljevcu 2. Dogradnja postojećeg osiguranja – izvršeno poboljšanje postojećeg sustava 3. Ugradnja novih elektroničkih ŽCP-a SIMIS te stavljanje istih u ovisnost s APB
Abstract (english)
The section Dugo Selo - Sesvete is one of the most frequent railway lines in the Republic of Croatia. It is for this reason that the signal-safety solution of securing that part of the line is very important, not only when the safety aspect is considered, but also the and the capacity of the railroad tracks on individual sections itself. Today's traffic-management and safety requirements have identified factors that require an upgrade, if not a change, of the current situation. Like: the need for the leveling of the existing railway-road crossings (LC), need for bi-directional traffic, the interlocking of the section is done by the Integra relay device (remark: it was war reparation of Hungary towards Yugoslavia after the Second World War), and the traffic guard of LC, who is stationed in the train station Sesvetski Kraljevec. It is this last issue that has detailed considerd in this paper - how to eliminate a human guard of LC in the form of reduction the possibility of human error in order to fully automate the interlocking of Dugo Selo - Sesvete section.
