Abstract
Tema ovog završnog rada izrada je web-aplikacije za kontinuirano praćenje zdravstvenog stanja korisnika u vidu bilježenja zapisa o razini šećera u krvi, krvnom tlaku, otkucajima srca, tjelesnoj težini ili evidentiranjem liječničkih pregleda i pripisanih lijekova. Upotrebom algoritama strojnog učenja nad postojećim skupom podataka, generirana je i metoda za samostalnu predikciju kronične bolesti na osnovu odabranih simptoma. Korisniku se pruža točnija predodžba zdravstvenih tegoba koje trenutno osjeća, te se ujedno olakšava konzultacija s liječnikom kao i samo praćenje bolesti. Klijentski dio aplikacije izrađen je uz pomoć jezika HTML i CSS, okvira Bootstrap te uz Javascript i njegovu biblioteke JQuery. Poslužiteljski dio pisan je programskim jezikom C# koristeći se okvirom ASP.NET Core, u okruženju s bazom podataka izrađenom u sustavu PostgreSQL.
Abstract (english)
The subject of this thesis is the development of a web-application for continuous tracking of user's health in the form of notes on blood sugar, blood pressure, pulse, body weight or evidence of medical examinations and prescribed medication. Using machine learning algorithms over the existing dataset was also generated a method for self-prediction of the chronic disease based on the selected symptoms. The user is provided with a improved accuracy perception of the health problems he is currently experiencing as well as with option of facilitating consultation with the doctor and monitoring the disease itself. The client side of application was built using HTML and CSS languages, the Bootstrap framework, and Javascript with its JQuery library. The server side was written in C# program language using the ASP.NET Core framework together with database built in PostgreSQL system.
