Abstract
Porastom broja pametnih uređaja, javlja se sve veći problem sigurnosti komunikacije između uređaja. Sigurnost se često zanemaruje kod proizvođača zbog želje za što bržim izlaskom na tržište, a i kod korisnika zbog neznanja i manja osviještenosti. U ovom Diplomskom radu objašnjeni su osnovni koncepti sigurnosti komunikacije te također sigurnost komunikacije u Internetu stvari. Objašnjeno je kako je implementirana sigurnost u tri najčešće korištena protokola u Internetu stvari, HTTP, MQTT i COAP. Na studijskom slučaju je omogućen autoriziran ulazak u prostoriju pomoću studentske iksice. Autorizacija se vrši pomoću NFC čitača koji u komunikaciji s poslužiteljem provjerava je li očitana studentska iksica autorizirana za ulazak u određenu prostoriju. Nastavak ovo rada mogao bi uključivati komunikaciju poslužitelja s ostalim pametnih uređaja kao što je npr. paljenje svjetla u hodniku nakon autorizacije korisnika.
Abstract (english)
With the increase in the number of smart devices, there is a ever growing problem with security of communication between devices. Safety is often neglected by manufacturers due to the desire to release the product on the market as fastest as possible. On the users side, safety is often overlooked due to lack of knowledge and awareness of security problems. This Diploma Thesis explains the basic concepts of communication security and also more specifically the communication security in the Internet of Things. This Thesis explains how security is implemented in the three most commonly used protocols in the Internet of Things, HTTP, MQTT and CoAP. In practical part it is demonstrated how to implement authorized entry into the room by using student card. Authorization is done using a NFC reader which, in communication with the server, checks whether the user with the student card is authorized to enter a particular room. Continuation of this work could include communication of the server with other smart devices such as smart light bulbs so that, after the authorization, the lights in the hallway could be automatically turned on.
