Abstract
Trend rasta korisnika računalnih mreža ali i usluga u oblaku svakodnevno zahtijeva efikasnije korištenje mrežnih resursa odnosno bržu i kvalitetniju uslugu. Softverski definirana mreža zajedno sa OpenFlow protokolom na tragu su revolucije načina konfiguracije računalnih mreža. Drugačiji pristup kontroli mreže kao i načinu na koji se upravlja podacima otvara mnoštvo mogućih poboljšanja performansi mreže prilikom čega se mora paziti da se ne naruši zadovoljavajuća razna sigurnosti. Govorna usluga ali i komunikacija općenito velik je dio mrežnog prometa koji također ima mogućnost za unaprjeđenjem ukoliko se pravilno implementira u koncept softverski definirane mreže. U ovome radu opisane su osnove rada softverski definirane mreže, govorna usluga, njihove implementacije te pripadajući protokoli.
Abstract (english)
The growing trend of users of computer networks and cloud services requires more efficient use of network resources and faster and higher quality service on a daily basis. The software-defined network together with the OpenFlow protocol are on the trail of revolutionizing the way computer networks are configured. A different approach to network control as well as the way data is managed opens up a multitude of possible network performance improvements where care must be taken not to compromise the satisfactory miscellaneous security. Voice service and communication in general is a large part of network traffic, which also has the potential for improvement if properly implemented in the concept of software-defined network. This paper describes the basics of software-defined networks, voice service, their implementation and related protocols.
