Abstract
U radu je izrađen algoritam upravljanja jedinice za hlađenje podatkovnog centra. Unutar algoritma upravljanja obrađuju se mjerene vrijednosti tlaka, temperature i vlage u podatkovnom centru. Na temelju obrađenih podataka upravlja se brzinom ventilatora u hladnoj zoni podatkovnog centra, položajem ventila koji ograničava protok vode kroz izmjenjivače topline te procesom ovlaživanja/odvlaživanja. Algoritam upravljanja je implementiran i verificiran na programirljivom logičkom kontroleru Carel c.pCO Large. Postavljena je veza između PLC-a i senzora putem digitalnih ulaza/izlaza, analognih ulaza/izlaza i putem Modbus RTU komunikacijskog protokola. Izrađeno je korisničko sučelje koje omogućava korisniku nadzor jedinice za hlađenje.
Abstract (english)
In this thesis, data center air handling unit control algorithm is developed. Within the control algorithm, the measured values of pressure, temperature and humidity in the data center are processed. Based on the processed data, the fan speed in the cold aisle of the data center, the position of the valve that limits the flow of water through heat exchanger and the humidification/dehumidification processes are controlled. The control algorithm is implemented and verified on the PLC Carel c.pCO Large. A connection is established between the PLC and the sensor via digital inputs/outputs, analog inputs/outputs and via Modbus RTU communication protocol. A user interface is created for monitoring of air handling unit.
