Abstract
Za potrebe licenciranja nuklearnih elektrana potrebno je poznavati i kvantificirati njihov radiološki utjecaj na okoliš. Rutinska ispuštanja iz nuklearne elektrane su mala i pod administrativnom kontrolom. Ispuštanja tokom nuklearnih nesreća mogu biti velika i mogu se samo dijelom predvidjeti. Za potrebe sigurnosnog izvještaja nuklearne elektrane provode se analize utjecaja NE na okoliš tijekom projektnog nuklearnih nesreća praćenih ispuštanjem plinovitog radioaktivnog materijala. Jednom ispušten plinoviti materijal se širi po pravilima atmosferske disperzije. U završnom radu prikazati osnovne karakteristike atmosferske disperzije bazirane na Gauss-ovom modelu. Na primjeru programa PAVAN prikazati način korištenja programa za atmosfersku disperziju i pripremu potrebnih meteoroloških ulaznih podataka. Testirati funkcionalnost programa na primjeru NE Krško.
Abstract (english)
Licensing of nuclear power plants includes quantification of their radiological impact to the environment. In normal operation release of radioactivity is small and under administrative control. During nuclear accidents the release of radioactivity can be large and it is possible to estimate only approximately released amount. The radiological consequence analyses for gaseous effluents are performed as part of plant’s safety analyses report, for design bases accidents. The behavior of gaseous effluents after release is determined by atmospheric dispersion, usually within limitation of Gauss model. Using PAVAN code as an example, show preparation of needed meteorological and other data as well as use of the code. Test the code using NPP Krsko input data.
