Abstract
U ovom radu opisan postupak automatizacije elektromotornog pogona. Objašnjeno je načelo rada sinkronog motora s permanentnim magnetima i njegov matematički model. Frekvencijski pretvarač je korišten za regulaciju brzine vrtnje motora. Navedeni su njegovi osnovni dijelovi i potrebni postupci parametriranja pretvarača u programskom paketu Starter. PLC je korišten za upravljanjem pretvaračem. Elementi sustava upravljanja integrirani su u programskom paketu TIA Portal. Podešena je Profinet komunikacija između kontrolera i pretvarača. Korisnički program napisan je u grafičkom jeziku LAD. Izrađeno je vizualizacijsko sučelje s funkcijama uključivanja i isključivanja pretvarača, zadavanja referentne brzine i čitanja aktualne brzine vrtnje motora.
Abstract (english)
In this paper is described procedure of automation. It was explained the principle of work permanent magnet synchronous machine and his mathematical model. Frequency converter is used for speed regulation of motor. His basic components are listed and it is explained parameterization of converter in software Starter. PLC is used for converters control. The elements of system control are integrated in software TIA Portal. Profinet communication is set between controller and converter. Program has been written is graphic language LAD. HMI has a functions: on and off converter, set speed reference and reading actual motor speed.
