Abstract
Ovaj rad pruža analizu elektroničkih podataka koji se koriste u zdravstvenom sustavu. Iznesene su mane i prednosti ostvarivanja otvorenosti i interoperabilnosti tih podataka. Objašnjene su najčešće korištene norme za prikaz, pohranu i razmjenu podataka korištenih u zdravstvu, a to su norme openEHR i HL7 FHIR. Na njihovom je primjeru dodatno pojašnjen problem interoperabilnosti koji trenutno predstavlja najveću prepreku daljnjem razvoju programske podrške za zdravstvo. U okviru rada, korištenjem platforme SMART, razvijena je web-aplikacija, namijenjena medicinskim radnicima, kojom se upravlja lijekovima koje konzumira određeni pacijent. Aplikacija koristi normu FHIR za dohvat, dijeljenje, pohranu i prikaz resursa koje dohvaća iz simuliranog EHR sustava. Omogućeno je povezivanje na dva neovisna EHR poslužitelja (SMART i HAPI) te se nudi opcija njihove komunikacije, s razvijenom aplikacijom u ulozi svojevrsne poveznice. Na kraju je dan pregled ostvarenog ovom aplikacijom, značaj toga za budućnost razvoja programske podrške za medicinu te kratak pregled potencijalnih problema na koje se nailazi koristeći normu FHIR i platformu SMART.
Abstract (english)
This paper provides an analysis of electronic data used in the healthcare systems. The advantages and disadvantages of achieving openness and interoperability of these data are presented. The most commonly used standards for display, storage and exchange of data used in healthcare are described, namely the openEHR and HL7 FHIR standards. Using these two standards, the problem of interoperability, which is currently the biggest obstacle to the further development of software intended for healthcare systems, is clarified in more detail. Using the SMART platform, a web application, intended for medical professionals was developed, providing management of the medications consumed by a particular patient. The application uses the FHIR standard to retrieve, share, store, and display the resources it retrieves from a simulated EHR system. It provides a feature that allows connecting to two independent EHR servers (SMART and HAPI) offering the option of their communication, with the developed application used as a link between them. Finally, an overview of the goals achieved with this application, its importance for the future development of healthcare software and a brief overview of potential problems encountered using the FHIR standard and the SMART platform.
