Abstract
U radu je analizirana struktura vektorskog upravljanja asinkronim kaveznim strojem te estimacija toka rotora. Pomoću programskog alata Starter parametriran je frekvencijski pretvarač. Unutar Starter-a eksperimentalnim pristupom te upotrebom numeričkog ITAE kriterija optimirani su regulatori struje, brzine vrtnje i pozicije. ITAE kriterij izveden je pomoću programskog alata Matlab. Pomoću programskog alata TIA Portal konfiguriran je PLC, komunikacija između PLC-a i frekvencijskog pretvarača te je izvedena logika upravljanja. Programski kod pisan je u LAD programskom jeziku. Komunikacija između PLC-a i frekvencijskog pretvarača ostvarena je pomoću industrijske komunikacije Profibus, Standard Telegramom 1. Budući da su grafička sučelja sastavni dio modernih industrijskih postrojenja u ovom radu napravljeno je i grafičko sučelje za upravljanje asinkronim strojem.
Abstract (english)
The paper analyzes the structure of the vector control of an asynchronous squirrel-cage machine and the estimation of the rotor flux. Using the Starter software tool, the frequency converter is configured. Within the Starter software tool, the current, speed and position controllers are optimized by an experimental approach and an ITAE criterion. The ITAE criterion is performed with the Matlab software tool. Using the TIA Portal software tool, the PLC is configured, the communication between the PLC and the frequency converter is established and control logic is created. The program code is written with LAD programming language. The communication between the PLC and the frequency converter is performed with the industrial communication Profibus, Standard Telegram 1. As graphical interfaces are an integral part of modern industrial plants, a graphical interface for the control of the induction machine is also made in this thesis.
