Abstract
Ovaj rad se sastoji od analize dostupnih aplikacija za raspodjelu zadataka i upravljanje osobnim zadacima, izrade programskog rješenja, stvaranja dokumentacije i uputa za uporabu. Oblikovano je programsko rješenje nad bazom podataka te je omogućena evidencija osobnih zadataka i aktivnosti. Aplikacija pruža funkcionalnost upozoravanja o narednim obavezama i događajima tako da na naslovnoj stranici prikazuje sve zadatke kojima se bliži rok. Korisnike za zadatke kojima su rokovi prošli, a zadaci nisu završeni, se obavještavaju tako da zadatak bude bojan crvenom bojom. Aplikacija pruža funkcionalnost statističke analize zadataka. Omogućava filtriranje po projektima i datumima početka i završetka zadataka, prikazuje ukupan broj zadataka te broj zadataka pojedinačnog statusa. Također prikazuje ukupno i prosječno trajanje svih završenih zadataka. Aplikacija pruža funkcionalnost generiranja rasporeda vlastitih aktivnosti temeljem prioriteta i unaprijed poznatog trajanja.
Abstract (english)
This paper consists of analysis of available for task management and personal task management applications, development of a software solution, creation of documentation and instructions for use. I designed my own software solution over the basic data and I enabled the recording of personal tasks and activities. The application provides the functionality of alerts about upcoming obligations and events so that they show all the tasks that are approaching the deadline on the home page. Users for tasks that have passed deadlines and tasks have not been completed are notified in such a way that the task is colored red. The application provides the functionality of statistical analysis of tasks. Enables filtering by projects and task start and end dates, displays the total number of tasks and the number of tasks by individual status. The total and average duration of all completed tasks are also displayed. The application provides the functionality of generating a schedule of own activities based on priorities and predetermined duration.
