Abstract
Tema ovog završnog rada je izrada CNC programa za obodno glodanje, konkretno za obradak od aluminijeve legure korištenjem svih znanja o spomenutom materijalu i njegovoj obradivosti. U prvom dijelu završnog rada detaljno je opisan aluminij, njegova svojstva i primjena. Zatim je dan pregled aluminijevih legura, njihova podjela, karakteristike i primjena. Također, detaljno je opisana obradivost aluminijevih legura s posebnom pozornošću na indikativne faktore koji određuju obradivost. Predstavljene su metode primjene SHIP-a te njegove vrste i na kraju osnove CNC programiranja gdje su navedene prednosti i nedostaci CNC strojeva, njihove karakteristike, popis glavnih i pomoćnih funkcija. Nadalje, kratko je objašnjeno programiranje u Shopmill-u. Drugi dio rada je praktični dio koji uključuje izradu proizvoda od aluminijeve legure koristeći stečeno znanje o materijalu. Cilj rada je istražiti mogućnosti i ograničenja aluminijevih legura, materijala s toliko širokom primjenom u različitim industrijama (građevinska, avioindustrija itd.). Za izradu praktičnog dijela potrebno je bilo napisati G-kod te programirati u „ShopMill-u“. Ovaj završni rad je objedinio saznanja o aluminijevim legurama te omogućio njegovu konkretnu primjenu, tj. izradu obratka.
Abstract (english)
The topic of this undergraduate thesis is to develop the procedure of CNC programming for end milling operation, specifically for the aluminum alloys using all the knowledge about the mentioned material and its machinability. In first part of this thesis aluminum alloys is described in detail, its properties and applications. Subsequently, there is given an overview of aluminium alloys, their classification, properties and applications. Also, the machinability of aluminum alloys is described in detail with special emphasis on indicative factors that determine the machinability. Methods of application of SHIP and its types and finally the basics of CNC programming are all presented, advantages and disadvantages of CNC machines, their characteristics, main and auxiliary functions are listed. Furthermore, programming in ShopMill is briefly explained. The second part of this thesis is the practical part which involves manufacturing aluminum alloys product using knowledge of material. The aim of this thesis is to explore the possibilities and limitations of aluminum alloys, a material with such wide application in various industries (construction, aerospace, etc.). In practical part of this thesis, it was necessary to write G-code and program it in ShopMill. This undergraduate thesis greatly consolidates the knowledge of aluminum alloys and enabled its specific application, i.e., the production of workpieces.
