Abstract
Tema ovog diplomskog rada je proračun i konstrukcija sidrenog vitla. Cilj je konstruirati vitlo koje zadovoljava funkcionalne zahtjeve, pravila i propise zakonodavnog tijela, da bude ekonomski isplativo, što manje težine, sigurno i da posjeduje potrebni vijek trajanja. U uvodu ovog rada spominje se povijest vitla, kada i kako su nastala koja, im je svrha i gdje se sve danas koriste. Opisan je rad vitla te uloga njegovih glavnih podskupova. Proračun započinjemo odabirom osnovnih veličina vitla. Nakon toga se odabire vrsta pogona vitla, u ovom slučaju je to elektromotor. Poznavanje prirode opterećenja elemenata vitla pri eksploataciji, intenziteta izvanrednih preopterećenja, vijek trajanja i uvjeta okoline glavne su opaske pri konstruiranju zupčanika, odabiru materijala elemenata prijenosa, ležajeva i konstrukciji kućišta. Registar također propisuje maksimalnu silu na vretenu pojasne kočnice prilikom kontrole obaranja sidra, stoga sigurnost ovog uređaja ovisi uvelike o pojasnoj kočnici.
Abstract (english)
The topic of this thesis is the calculation and construction of an anchor winch. The aim is to construct a winch that meets the functional requirements, rules and regulations of the legislature, to be economically viable, as light as possible, safe and to have the required service life. The introduction to this paper mentions the history of winches, when and how they were made, what their purpose is, and where they are all used today. The operation of the winch and the role of its main subsets are described. We start the calculation by selecting the basic winch sizes. After that, the type of winch drive is selected, where in this case it is an electric motor. Knowledge of the nature of the load of the winch elements during operation, the intensity of extraordinary overloads, service life and environmental conditions are the main remarks when designing gears, choosing the material of transmission elements, bearings and housing construction. The register also prescribes the maximum force on the belt brake spindle when controlling the anchor drop, so the safety of this device depends largely on the belt brake.
