Abstract
Rad sadrži opis DC sabirničkog sustava električnog trajekta pogonjenog isključivo iz baterijskog izvora. Detaljno su sagledani ključni elementi energetskog postrojenja trajekta s naglaskom poluvodičke na energetske pretvarače (PWM pretvarače, DC/DC pretvarače) i baterije u koje se skladišti energija iz mreže. Također je opisan VOC upravljački sustav koji upravlja uklapanjem/isklapanjem IGBT tranzistora sadržanih u sklopu PWM pretvarača. PWM pretvarači se koriste kao punjači baterija i kao izmjenjivači koji služe za napajanje potrošača. DC/DC pretvarači rade u silaznom ili uzlaznom modu ovisno o režimu rada, također jedan od pretvarača regulira napon DC linka. Sustav je analiziran u dva režima rada: u radu na mreži (punjenje baterija iz električne mreže s kopna) i otočnom režimu rada (pražnjenje baterija tijekom plovidbe broda). Korištenje programskog paketa MATLAB/Simulink s toolboxom PLECS realizirani su matematički modeli energetskog pogona električnog trajekta u dva navedena režima rada na temelju čega su izvedeni zaključci o kvaliteti projektiranog DC sabirničkog sustava.
Abstract (english)
The paper contains a description of the DC bus system of the electric ferry powered exclusively from a battery source. The key elements of the energy plant ferry are presented in detail, with an emphasis on semiconductor energy converters (PWM converters, DC/DC converters) and batteries in which energy from the grid is stored. Also described is the VOC control system that controls the switching on/off of the IGBT transistors contained in the PWM converter assembly. PWM converters are used as battery chargers and as converters that serve to power consumers. DC/DC converters work in step-down or step-up mode depending on the operating mode. Also one of the converters regulates the voltage of the DC link. The system was analyzed in two modes of operation: in operation on the network (charging the battery from the electrical network from the mainland) and insular mode of operation (discharging the battery during the ship's navigation). Using the MATLAB/Simulink program package with the PLECS toolbox, mathematical models of the energy drive of the electric path in the two mentioned modes of operation were realized, on the basis of which conclusions were drawn about the quality of the designed DC bus system.
