Abstract
U okvirima ovog završnog rada obrađena je problematika izrade full-stack aplikacije imena STUD.io. Glavni cilj aplikacije je zadovoljiti profesorske i studentske potrebe kada je u pitanju realizacija laboratorijskih vježbi. Oba tipa korisnika na sistematiziran način imaju pregled svega što je potrebno za nesmetani tok vježbi. Profesor ima uvid u vlastite studente i njihovu aktivnost, a studenti mogućnost dodavanja izvještaja i praćenja vlastitog napretka. Budući da postoje dva tipa korisnika, realizirani su odgovarajući sigurnosni mehanizmi i mehanizmi kontrole pristupa. Prilikom izrade korisničkog sučelja vođeno je računa o najmodernijim tehnologijama, kao što su React.js i Material UI, čija upotreba rezultira zadovoljavanjem visokih standarda korisničkog iskustva. Stavljen je naglasak na korištenje TypeScript programskog jezika koji sve više postaje temelj izrade aplikacija dosad temeljenih na Javascript stack-u. S ciljem postizanja prenosivosti, skalabilnosti i lakog upravljanja aplikacijom, iskorištene su pogodnosti Docker tehnologije i koncepta virtualizacije.
Abstract (english)
This bachelor thesis addresses the issue of developing full-stack application named STUD.io. Main goal of the application is to meet professor and student needs when it comes to realization of practical exercises that are part of some college courses. Both types of users have a systematized overview of everything needed for a smooth flow of exercises. Professor has insight to all students and their activity, while students have the ability to upload their reports and monitor progress through time. Since there are two types of users, corresponding security and access control mechanisms where implemented. While developing user interface, it was taken care of using the most modern technologies, such as React and Material UI, to satisfy high standards of user experience. Focus of practical part is set to usage of TypeScript programming language which is becoming foundation of Web applications that were usually being built using Javascript stack. In order to achieve portability, scalability and easy application handling, the benefits of Docker technology and the concept of virtualization were used.
