Abstract
U ovom diplomskom radu je osnovan brod za prijevoz 750 putnika, 200 automobila i 230 kamiona, za povezivanje Jadranskog s istočnim Sredozemnim morem, autonomije 300 nautičkih milja, čija je brzina krstarenja 19 čvorova, a maksimalna brzina 24 čvora. U uvodnom dijelu rada je opisan proces prikupljanja i analiziranja podataka za preliminarnu fazu osnivanja broda. Opisana je analiza projektne logike izgrađenog objekta kao i zahtjevi projekta. Prostorni i težinski koncept, transportni problem i glavne dimenzije broda izrađeni su na temelju referentnog broda. Unutar poglavlja otpora i propulzije su procijenjene vrijednosti snage koja se uspoređuje s vrijednostima referentnog broda. Registar po kojemu su napravljeni proračuni je DNV, po kojem je provjerena valjanost rezultata. Kroz propulziju se određuju karakteristike propelera i odabire se motor uz zadano ograničenje projektnih zahtjeva. Proračun čvrstoće i konstrukcije broda izvršen je pomoću programa „Siemens FEMAP“ i „Mars2000“ u kojima se vrši provjera za dopuštena naprezanja, kritičnih momenata otpora i uzdužne čvrstoće. Nakon definirane konstrukcije broda napravljen je proračun težine lakog broda, a s dobivene vrijednostima radimo proračun stabiliteta. Napravljen je proračun stabiliteta u programu „MaxSurf Stability“ za analizu ravnoteže, hidrostatski podatci za uspravno stanje, stabilitet pri većim kutovima nagiba, Nepotonivost za 2 susjedna prostora i uzdužna čvrstoća. Nakon stabiliteta slijedi provjera pomorstvenih svojstava u programu „MaxSurf Motions“, gdje se vrši provjera pri određenim kutovima nadolazećih valova. Ruta plovidbe je usvojena prema projektnom zahtjevu za čije je stanja mora brod projektiran. Također se provjerava pad brzine za određeno stanje mora, udaranje pramca i zalijevanje palube. Indeks energetske učinkovitosti treba zadovoljiti za korištena goriva, te se na kraju vrši ekonomska analiza i provjerava isplativost proizvoda.
Abstract (english)
The Ro-Pax ship for 750 passengers, 200 cars and 230 trucks is designed in this graduate thesis work, for connection of Adriatic with east Mediterranean sea, with autonomy of 3000 nm for 19 knots, and maximal speed of 24 knots. The introductory part of the paper describes the process of data collection and analysis for the preliminary phase of the ship's design. The reverse engineering procedure is described as the main approach to ship design, as well as the requirements of the project. The space and weight concept, the transport problem and the main dimensions of the ship were created based on the reference ship. Within the resistance and propulsion chapter, the power values are estimated and compared with the values of the reference ship. The register according to which calculations were made is DNV. Through propulsion, the characteristics of the propeller are determined, and the engine is selected with the given limitation of the project requirements. The calculation of the ship's strength and structure was carried out using the "Siemens FEMAP" and "Mars2000" programs, which check for permissible stresses, critical moments of resistance and longitudinal strength. After the defined construction of the ship, the calculation of the weight of the light ship was made, and with the obtained values we calculate the stability. A stability calculation was made in the "MaxSurf Stability" program for balance analysis, hydrostatic data for the upright position, stability at larger angles of inclination, Unsinkability for 2 adjacent spaces and longitudinal strength. The stability is followed by a check of the maritime properties in the "MaxSurf Motions" program, where the check is carried out at certain angles of incoming waves. The navigation route was selected according to the design request for which sea conditions the ship was designed for. It also checks for speed drop for a given sea state, bow pounding and deck flooding. The energy efficiency index must be satisfied for the fuels used, and at the end an economic analysis is performed, and the profitability of the product is checked.
