Abstract
U prvom dijelu završnog rada prikazuje se modeliranje SWATH broda iz zadanih osnovnih dimenzija, te raspoložive dokumentacije npr. nacrta ili brošura sličnih brodova. Model je izrađen u programu Rhinoceros 3D. Prvo se dizajnirala forma broda, te je po njoj izrađen 3D model. Brod rastavio na cjeline poput nadgrađa, uronjenih trupove - torpeda i nosača (struts) što olakšava kasniju primjenu 3D printera. U drugom dijelu završnog rada prikazan je proračun opterećenja broda po pravilima registra (DNV) u dva različita moda plovidbe. Ustanovljene su razlike opterećenja za dva moda. U trećem dijelu završnog rada se geometrija broda prebacila iz Rhinoceros 3D u program za strukturnu analizu FEMAP. Izračunata opterećenja po pravilima registra iskorištena su za simulacije. Rezultati FEMAP-a pokazali su konzistentnost s opterećenjima proračunatim prema pravilima registra DNV. U četvrtom dijelu završnog rada je opisan postupak izrade modela na 3D printeru te je sam model printan iz više komada (trup, torpeda i strutovi) i naknadno spojen.
Abstract (english)
The first part of the final paper presents the modelling of a SWATH ship from the given basic dimensions, as well as the available documentation, eg drawings or brochures of similar ships. The model was created in the Rhinoceros 3D program. First, the shape of the ship was designed, and a 3D model was made based on it. The ship was disassembled into superstructure, underwater hulls - torpedoes and struts, which facilitates the use of 3D printers. The second part of the thesis presents the calculation of the ship's load according to the rules of the register in two different sailing modes. Load differences were found for the two modes. In the third part of the final work, the geometry of the ship was imported from Rhinoceros 3D to FEMAP structural analysis program. The calculated loads according to the rules of the register were used for simulations. The fourth part of the final paper describes the process of making a model on a 3D printer and the model itself is printed from several pieces (hull, torpedoes and struts) and subsequently joined.
