Abstract
U sklopu ovog rada izrađeni su simulacijski modeli i uz njihovo korištenje opisani su utjecaji temperature i ozračenja na karakteristike fotonaponskog modula. Simulacijski modeli su realizirani uz pomoć programskog paketa Matlab/Simulink. Unutar rada objašnjen je fizikalni princip rada sunčane ćelije, materijali koji se koriste za proizvodnju ćelija, podjela fotonaponskih sustava, način spajanja ćelija (modula), grafički prikaz karakteristika te numeričkim i grafičkim putem prikazan utjecaj temperature i ozračenja na rad fotonaponskog modula. Na kraju rada napravljeno je mjerenje na fotonaponskom modulu “Solvis SV60-235E” te su mjerni podatci uspoređeni sa simulacijskim podatcima.
Abstract (english)
As part of this work, simulation models are used to describe effects of temperature and radiation on photovoltaic module curves. Simulation models were realized with softvare package Matlab/Simulink. This work explains physical principle of solar cell operation, materials used for cell production, division of photovoltaic systems, methods of connecting cells (modules), graphical presentation of characteristics and numerical and graphical presentation of the influence of temperature and radiation on the photovoltaic module. At the end of the work, measurements were made on the photovoltaic module “Solvis SV60-235E” and obtained data was compared with simulation data.
