Abstract
U ovom radu se opisuje problem klimatskih promjena te rješavanje istog. Na početku rada opisan je problem klimatskih promjena i globalnog zatoljenja te njihove posljedice. Glavna tema završnog rada je energetska politika Europske unije i Republike Hrvatske kao jedne od članica. U trećem poglavlju opisana je energetska politika EU-a do 2020. godine, do koje je vrijedio energetsko-klimatski paket „20-20-20“. Naziv tog paketa proizlazi iz njegove politike u kojem se trebalo ostvariti 20-postotno smanjenje emisija stakleničkih plinova, 20-postotno poboljšanje energetske učinkovitosti i 20-postotno povećanje udjela obnovljivih izvora energije. U četvrtom poglavlju opisana je energetska politika EU-a nakon 2020. godine. U sklopu ove politike donesen je paket „Čista energija za sve Europljane“ 2015. godine. Ovaj paket se sastoji od osam novih zakona koji su objašnjeni u radu. Tim paketom je obuhvaćena politika Europske unije nakon 2020. godine, te je donešena odluka da svaka država članica mora napraviti svoj „Nacionalni energetski i klimatski plan“ do 2030. godine. U petom poglavlju ovog rada opisana je energetska politika Republike Hrvatske, koja je također kao dio Europske unije morala donijeti Nacionalni energetski i klimatski plan za razdoblje od 2021. do 2030. godine. Tim planom su obuhvaćena pitanja energetske učinkovitosti, udio obnovljivih izvora energije, emisije stakleničkih plinova te energetska sigurnost i povezanost. Ključne riječi: Europska unija, energetska politika, emisije stakleničkih plinova, obnovljivi izvori energije.
Abstract (english)
This paper describes the problem of climate change and its solution. At the beginning of the paper, there are described problems of climate change and global flooding. The main topic of the final paper is the energy policy of the European Union and the Republic of Croatia as one of the members. The third chapter describes the EU's energy policy until 2020, up to which the "20-20-20" energy and climate package was valid. The name of the package derives from its policy of achieving a 20 percent reduction in greenhouse gas emissions, a 20 percent improvement in energy efficiency and a 20 percent increase in the share of renewable energy sources. The fourth chapter describes the EU's energy policy after 2020. As part of this policy, the "Clean Energy for All Europeans" package was adopted in 2015. This package consists of eight new laws that are explained in the paper. This package covers the policy of the European Union after 2020, and it was decided that each member state must make its "National Energy and Climate Plan" for 2030. The fifth chapter of this paper describes the energy policy of the Republic of Croatia, which also as part of the European Union had to adopt the National Energy and Climate Plan for the period from 2021 to 2030. The plan covers energy efficiency issues, the share of renewable energy sources, greenhouse gas emissions, and energy security and connectivity.
