Abstract
Programski rad ima zadatak usporediti točnost brodske forme geometrijskim i matematičkim opisivanjem s pomoću hidrostatskih svojstava temeljeni na uvjetima plovnosti i stabiliteta. Prolazi kroz teoretsku osnovu izrade forme opisivanjem plohama opisane krivuljama, metode opisa forme putem geometrije i matematičkog opisivanja aproksimacijom ili interpolacijom. Kroz praktičan način, opisuje korištene programe kao pomagala kojima treba opisati brodsku formu i izračunati hidrostatska svojstava (površinska i volumenska). Krajnji cilj cjelokupnog rada biva usporedba rezultata navedenih svojstava za 3D program modeliranja Rhinoceros i proračunskih tablica u Microsoft Excel-u. Usporedbe se iskazuju pogreškama u određenim parametrima zbog različitih faktora, uzimajući u obzir pri tome bolju točnost proračunskih tablica. Zaključak daje odgovore na pitanja o mogućim poboljšanjima 3D modela, kao i drugim programskim paketima i softverima radi što bolji rezultata.
Abstract (english)
This work has a task to compare an accuracy of the ship form geometric and mathematical describe with hydrostatic properties which were based on conditions of seaworthiness and stability. It goes through a theory of making form describing surfaces made by curves, methods of description with geometric and mathematical describe with approximation and interpolation. Through a practical way, describes used softwares as tools to describe ship form and calculate hydrostatic properties (surface and volumetric). Main reason of overall work is to compare results of listed properties for 3D modelling software Rhinoceros and spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel. The comparison is based on errors in the certain parameters caused by different factors, taking into account better accuracy of spreadsheets. Conclusion gives answers on questions about the possible improvements of 3D model, as well as other packages and software for better results.
