Abstract
Ovaj rad objašnjava utjecaj primjene sinkroniziranih mjerenja fazora na unaprjeđenje funkcija vođenja elektroenergetskog sustava s posebnim osvrtom na estimaciju stanja. U prvom dijelu upoznaje se sa sustavima sinkroniziranih mjerenja fazora WAMS. WAMS sustavi aktivno se implementiraju u elektroenergetske sustave cijelog svijeta. Osnovni dijelovi tih sustava su jedinice za mjerenje fazora PMU, koncentratori sinkroniziranih podataka PDC te aplikacije za nadzor sustava. Arhitekture sustava sinkroniziranih mjerenja mogu biti različitih struktura ovisno o vrsti primjene u elektroenergetskom sustavu. Implementacijom WAM sustava razvile su se postojeće funkcije te pojavile nove aplikacije u vođenju EES-a. U radu su kao primjer pokazana sučelja nekih aplikacija i objašnjen njihov princip rada. U drugom dijelu rada objašnjava se pojam estimacije stanja, njena uloga u elektroenergetskim sustavima te njena matematička formulacija. Estimacija stanja u elektroenergetskim sustavima ima važnost u smislu obrade podataka za funkcije nadzora i analize sustava. Matematička formulacija zasniva se na matematičkoj metodi najmanjih kvadrata. Različite vrste metode najmanjih kvadrata imaju svoje određene prednosti i mane koje se prikladno primjenjuju. U trećem dijelu rada govori se o utjecaju jedinica za mjerenje fazora PMU na razvoj i poboljšanje estimacije stanja u elektroenergetskom sustavu. Karakteristike jedinica za mjerenje fazora kao što su mjerenje fazora, vremenska sinkronizacija i brzina uzorkovanja značajno poboljšavaju kvalitetu estimacije stanja. Primjena WAM sustava omogućava korištenje estimacije stanja za nadzor sustava u stvarnom vremenu. Opisana je simulacija korištenja estimacije stanja u test mreži IEEE 14-sabirničkog sustava koristeći PMU mjerenja u prijenosnom sustavu te grafički prikazane pogreške estimacije fazora napona i struje. Također se u ovom radu opisuje i problematika optimalnog smještaja PMU uređaja za postizanje maksimalnog područja nadzora. Na kraju rada prikazana i objašnjena je trenutna implementacija WAM sustava u Hrvatski elektroenergetski sustav. Razvojem sustava sinkroniziranih mjerenja fazora i njihovom implementacijom u što većem dijelu mreže omogućava se nadzor sustava u realnom vremenu. Implementacija ovakvih sustava je korak bliže ostvarivanju sustava pametnih mreža
Abstract (english)
This paper explains the influence of application of synchronized phasor measurements in upgrading the functions of power management system. The paper consists of three parts. First part of the paper introduces Wide area monitoring systems WAMS. Wide area monitoring systems are actively being implemented in the power systems all over the world. Fundamental parts of this system are phasor measurement units PMU, phasor data concentrators PDC and applications for system management. Some examples of software applications interfaces are shown, and their function explained. The implementation of WAMS in Croatia is also explained. In the second part of the paper state estimation, its function in the power system as well as her mathematical form is explained. State estimation in power systems is important in terms of data analysis for managing and analysing the power system. Mathematical formulation is based on the least squares method. There are different variations of said method which all have its advantages and are taken accordingly. Third part of the paper explains the influence of phasor measurement units PMU in the development and upgrade of the state estimation in power system. The characteristics of PMUs such as the function to measure phasors, time synchronization and sampling speed and significantly improving the quality of state estimation. Application of WAMS is enabling the use of state estimation for real time power system management. The simulation of applying the state estimation in IEEE 14-bus test grid using PMUs in transmission system is described and the errors in voltage current and phase angle is graphically shown. The problematics of optimal PMU placement for maximal observability of power system is analysed in this paper. In the end the implementation of WAMS in Croatian power system is shown. With the development of wide area monitoring systems and their applications in greater parts of the grid it is enabled to monitor the power system in real time. With implementation of these systems the power system is one step closer to the smart grid power system
