Abstract
Kroz ovaj diplomski rad upoznalo se sa postupcima oblikovanja metala u polučvrstom stanju. Postoje dvije grupe postupaka, a to su rheo-oblikovanje i thixo-oblikovanje. Za obje grupe karakteristično je da se obrada vrši između solidus i likvidus linije. Također, kako kod thixopostupaka, tako i kod rheo-postupaka nužan uvjet za uspješnost procesa je globularna mikrostruktura. Obje grupe procesa kroz teorijski dio su detaljno pojašnjene. U praktičnom dijelu rada glavni cilj je bio osmisliti dva funkcionalna alata za thixo-lijevanje. Potom su se pomoću softvera QForm napravile simulacije na temelju kojih je donesen i jedinstveni zaključak. Zaključak praktičnog dijela rada je da nakon konstruiranja funkcionalnog alata za thixo oblikovanje posebnu pažnju treba posvetiti određivanju temperature alata i brzine hoda žiga, jer u protivnom proces neće rezultirati željenim poboljšanjima mehaničkih i/ili ostalih svojstava.
Abstract (english)
Through this final thesis, semi-solid metal processes were introduced. There are two groups of semi-solid processes, rheoformig and thixoforming. For both groups, it is characteristic that the processing is performed between solidus and liquidus lines. Also, in both thixoforming and rheoforming, a necessary condition for the success of the process is the globular microstructure. Both groups of processes are explained in detail through the theoretical part. In the practical part of the paper, the main goal was to devise two functional tools for thixo-casting. Then, with the help of the QForm programming interface, simulations were made based on which a unique conclusion was made. The conclusion of the pratical part of the paper is that after constructing a functional tool for thixo-casting, special attention should be paid to determining the tool temperature and stamp stroke speed, because otherwise the process will not result in the desired improvements of mechanical and / or other properties
