Abstract
U ovom radu obrađuje se odabir pravilnog uređaja za usitnjavanje aluminijskog otpada. Proučavanjem i uvidom u povećanje količina nastalog otpada u kućanstvima tako i u industriji, javlja se potreba za razvijanjem procesa recikliranja. Kako bi se pravilno i uz manji utrošak energije moglo reciklirati potrebno je otpad usitniti kako bi prerada bila što lakša. Na tržištu postoje više proizvoda koji usitnjavaju otpad, ali su uglavnom za velike snage i kapaciteta. Od tri varijante proizvoda za usitnjavanje otpada, primjenom AHP metode, odabrala se najjednostavnija među njima. Ona se sastoji od elektromotora s izmjenjivačem frekvencije, spojke, pokretnih i fiksnih noževa u komori za usitnjavanje, te ulazne komore za otpadni materijal koji može biti dimenzija 175 mm x 150 mm x 3 mm.
Abstract (english)
In this work I will talk about choosing the right device for shredding aluminium waste. By studying and having insight into the increase of amounts of waste happening in house holds as well as in industries, we have the need for developing our recycling process. In order to recycle correctly, and with the smallest amount of energy we need to shred the waste to make the recycling process easier. There are many products on the market that are shredding waste, but are mostly large capacity and they spend a lot of energy. Out of three different models of shredding machines, by implementig AHP methode, we chose the simplest one. She consists of electromotor with alternating frequency, coumpling, movable and fixed knives in the shredding chamber, and chamber for waste material that can be as large as 175 mm x 150 mm x 3 mm.
