Abstract
Teorijski dio ovog diplomskog rada opisuje načine projektiranja određenog skladišta. Objašnjen je proces komisioniranja skladišta te njegova podjela i načini upravljanja. Zagušenja su jedan od najvećih problema u skladištima, stoga su navedene i razrađene vrste zagušenja koje se mogu pronaći u skladištima. Najčešću uzrok zagušenja u skladištu je kada se previše radnika nalazi na istom prostoru u skladištu u isto vrijeme, na taj način može doći do međusobnog blokiranja između radnika što rezultira kašnjenjem. Također, navedene su metode pomoću kojih je zagušenje skladišta moguće svesti na minimum. Praktični dio ovog diplomskog rada odnosi se na programiranje optimalne rute pomoću koje će skladištari obavljati komisioniranje unutar skladišta. Metoda koja se koristi za rješavanje je TSP, a programiranje se obavlja u programu Microsoft Excel. Prikazan je odnos broja skladištara u skladištu i vremena komisioniranja, to jest kako se s povećanjem broja skladištara povećava i vrijeme komisioniranja. Za kraj, napravljen je dijagram toka koji opisiva način na koji je potrebno napraviti simulaciju za komisioniranje.
Abstract (english)
The theoretical part of this master thesis describes ways to design a particular warehouse. The process of order picking inside warehouse and it's division and management methods are explained. Congestion is one of the biggest problems in warehouses, therefore, the types of congestion that can be found in warehouses are listed and elaborated. The most common cause of warehouse congestion is when too many workers are in the same space at the same time, thus there can be mutual blocking between workers resulting in delays. Also, the methods which can help minimize the warehouse congestions are listed. The practical part of this master thesis relates to the programming of the optimal route by which pickers will perform order picking within the warehouse. The method used to solve the problem is TSP, and the programming is done in Microsoft Excel. The relationship between the number of pickers in the warehouse and the commissioning time is elaborated, more precisely how the commissioning time increases with the increase in the number of pickers. Finally, a flowchart was made describing the way in which the commissioning simulation needs to be done.
